This policy explains what information Quantum Shadow Technologies LLC collects through this website, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We have kept it short because the site collects very little.

We do not collect payment information, passwords or precise location, and the site has no user accounts. Please do not include sensitive information, such as health or financial account details, in the form.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss your project or your interest in QCore Connect.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To keep the website and the form working and secure, including blocking spam.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

- Consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
- Steps before entering into a contract, when you ask us about working together.
- Legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and keeping the website secure.

Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle email. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How the form works
When you press Submit, your answers travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to a function on this website. The function checks them and emails them to contact@quantumshadowtechnologies.com through Resend. The website does not keep a database of inquiries.
If online sending is unavailable, the form offers to open your own email app with your answers filled in. If you choose that option, your message is sent by your own email provider, under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and emails: we keep them for up to one year from our last exchange with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for that relationship and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- Technical information: kept by Vercel for the periods described in its own privacy notice.
- Email delivery records: Resend may keep records of emails it delivers for the periods described in its own privacy policy.
We may keep information longer if the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. The key that allows the site to send email is stored on the server and is never sent to your browser. The form only accepts submissions from this website, and we limit who can access inquiries. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information, we will notify you where the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information, or withdraw your consent.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email contact@quantumshadowtechnologies.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We will respond within the time limits that apply to you under law, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies. Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing for “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals to switch off. Our Cookie Policy has the details.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Where data is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, for example by adding analytics or new service providers, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
